Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@subrakez.com, including your order number and clear photos.
If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement item or store credit, where appropriate.

Our brand has operated since its establishment with an approach aimed at reducing the potential environmental impact of production. Accordingly, we do not hold stock, and all of our products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Each product is printed or prepared specifically for your order. Through this approach, we aim to minimize unnecessary production, waste, and resource usage.
Return processes require additional shipping, packaging, and logistics, which lead to increased resource consumption and environmental impact.
For these reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted except for damaged or defective items, and all sales are final.
